Suns Steve Nash is Rocky Balboa in real life

Just an amazing player, Steve Nash every year takes a beating unlike any other player in the NBA, especially in the playoffs. From knees to the groin, being thrown into scorers tables, bloody noses, elbows to the eye leading to one of the most amazing 4th quarters in the history of the sport as Nash playing with one eye and draining 3’s willed the Suns past their nemesis Spurs finally, to this play from last night featuring Nash taking a blow to the nose, and him putting it back in place ON THE FLOOR and continuing to play. We salute Steve Nash.  Steve, you have some great big Nutz so we salute you here at NutzWorld. BTW Grant Hill’s reaction says it all. Steve is the man.

"It's two-fold," Suns General Manager Steve Kerr said of the gesture. "One, it is Cinco de Mayo. And, two, it is a political statement. We felt the law, however well intended, was not right."

Forward-center Amar'e Stoudemire said it was great to "let the Latin community know we're behind them 100 percent,

Here’s to the Suns and an owner and league not afraid to take a position they feel is right.
